Our artisan made beef broth. Made only with the bones of our locally raised, grass-fed/grass-finished Angus cows. Bone broth is a wonderfully healing, immune-building real food solution to getting and staying well. Bone broths are packed with the minerals your intestines need to function, and since about 75% of our immune system is in the gut, drinking bone broths regularly can make a huge impact on how you feel. Our recipe is simple, organic and nutrient rich. We roast our bones, simmer then in akaline water with Bragg organic vinegar, organic garlic and onions… and the onion skins (the skins have so many healthy nutrients) along with a hint of Hawaiian Red Sea salt. We simmer for 48-72 hours. We also leave the healthy fat on the top so you can use it for sauteing your veggies and meats. Made fresh weekly and sold by the pint.
