    Black Angus cows raised right here on our pastures in Malabar.  As local as it can get, raised with beyond organic standards, grass-fed and grass-finished.  The roast  approximately 3-4 pounds.  $11.50 per pound.  The $40.00 price is based on an average 3.5 pound roast, we can adjust the price accordingly to size.
