Approximately seven pounds of our locally raised, hormone, growth supplement, and antibiotic free, pasture raised Berkshire and Berkshire/Mangalista pork. This heritage breed is raised outside eating acorns, rooting in the dirt, and rolling in the grass, and is processed by our USDA, Animal Welfare Approved processor. No synthetic chemicals are used in the pastures. Our pork share includes a variety of the following cuts, pork chops, pork steaks, roasts, cutlets, un-smoked ham, ground pork and bacon. Weight is not exact.
