    Artisan sausage made from our pasture raised Berkshire and Berkshire/Mangalista ground pork. Classic subtly flavored sausage with white pepper, quarte epices, nutmeg and herbs. Great for breakfast or supper, stove-top cooking in patties. Made exclusively for Florida Fields to Forks by our farm chef, Chef Jack Garrison. Sold by the approximate pound. A farm favorite.
