    Our local pasture raised Berkshire and Berkshire/Mangalista pork Boston Butt and Picnic roasts are one of our farm’s most popular cuts. This is the pork shoulder used for making delicious, healthy pulled pork.   Our pork shoulder comes typically between 4-5 pounds.  They are $9.50 per pounds and average size is around 4 pounds </strong>
