    Over ten pounds of Florida Fields to Forks local grass fed and grass-finished, dry-aged Angus beef.  No hormones, steroids. growth supplements, or antibiotics are used on our cattle, and the pastures are pesticide and chemical free.  All grass-fed and finished angus beef. Our beef share is ten pounds of a variety of cuts that could include theses cuts.  Roast, osso bucco, short ribs, stew meat, steaks and more.
