    Description

    Wild caught Alaskan Sockeye large filets.  Caught for Florida Fields to Forks farm by the Restartis family in Alaska.  Our salmon is never sent to China to be de-boned, which in now allowed in the US.  Approximate weight of filets are 1.75 pounds.   The salmon filets are $16.50 per pound.  For off farm pick-up locations, the salmon price is based on an approximate weight of 1.75 pounds  For those of you who pick up at the farm, we will weigh your filet at the farm for your exact price.
